I’m Adrian Warcholinski — a dancer, biker, and crossfitter who also happens to work as a DevOps Expert at IDEMIA Public Security. My modus operandi is combining technical excellence with a business-first mindset.

I’m passionate about broadening my impact within organizations and strongly believe that soft skills are just as important as technical expertise. I enjoy sharing knowledge, especially in the area of platform engineering, and I love mentoring people and helping others grow — both inside IDEMIA and through external initiatives, including at my alma mater, Lodz University of Technology.
