I’m a Business Operations Lead, collaborating with global teams by working with KPIs, improving processes, and coordinating across multiple departments. I started my journey in PMO and gradually expanded into areas such as procurement, reporting, and cross-functional initiatives, which gave me valuable insight into how organizations operate.

As a team leader, I focus on developing my team and creating an environment where people can perform at their best. Working in a fast-changing, transformation-driven environment has given me hands-on experience in navigating change, while leading internal initiatives — including acting as Project Manager for EXPO events — has allowed me to coordinate diverse teams and turn ideas into action.

Outside of work, I’m a plant enthusiast with a collection of more than 70 plants — and whenever one doesn’t make it, I try to treat it as an opportunity to get a new one 🌿
